We use the following technologies for production:
We use an industrial stencil printer accepting stencils up to 525×445 mm² to apply paste onto PCBs. Maximum usable area is 340×310 mm².
For SMD assembly we use a four-head pick and place machine with an average speed of 6,000 components per hour. Maximum PCB size is 400×200 mm².
For SMD soldering we use the HR-23LF reflow oven with adjustable temperature profiles. Maximum PCB size is 410×470 mm².
For THT soldering we use the CONTASOLD 260 wave soldering machine for reliable through-hole component soldering. Maximum PCB size for the frame is 300×200 mm².
We machine-cut heat shrink tubing and cut, strip and trim single-core conductors up to 28 mm² cross-section (Ø 6 mm).

We develop your device from schematic to a PCB ready for serial production. We focus primarily on digital circuits. We use KiCad for design and also provide training.
We develop firmware for both our own hardware designs and customer platforms. We write primarily in C/C++. We specialize in STM32, STM8, and AVR microcontrollers.
We develop software that mostly communicates with hardware. We primarily use C/C++, Python, and Bash. We also handle client‑server application development.
We develop configurations for programmable logic devices (FPGA and CPLD). We describe systems in VHDL. We specialize in Xilinx devices.
How has our company evolved?
Electronic Repair Solutions s.r.o. was founded, specializing in service and repair of mainly computer motherboards.
Electronic Repair Solutions s.r.o. ceased operations on October 31. Our company was then established, continuing the legacy and taking over technologies and experienced technicians.
We expanded our activities to include custom development and manufacturing of electronic devices. We also purchased technologies for SMD and THT PCB assembly.
From September 1, we discontinued the computer service department and focused our activities primarily on development and manufacturing.
